Growing a Healthy Church Advanced 1 - Vision
As you understand Christ's Strategy for ministry and own the values of disciplemaking, join us for advanced training in implementing the Strategy in your local church during this 3-day training experience.
- Balance 7 priorities (disciplines) of a healthy, reproducing church. Together we'll dig into Scriptural priorities that characterize churches that are growing and multiplying.
- Articulate an effective ministry vision. By identifying key result areas to focus your ministry energy, you'll be able to clearly communicate your vision with your church and program more purposely for disciplemaking.
- Become a leader who equips workers for reproducing ministry. Advanced 1 will help you identify your leadership team and develop them into fully-trained disciples-with ministry training tools and skills such as Assess, Address, Apply, a 7-level process of ministry development and the Socratic Learning Method.
- Measure and improve your effectiveness in reaching the lost. You'll learn seven priciples of relational evangelism and discover how purposeful outreach events and projects can help believers in your church reach their friends.
At Advanced 1, you'll apply the training with pages of valuable take-home tools for evaluating and designing programs for winning, building and equipping.
