Growing a Healthy Church - Program Assessment Workshop (Balance)
This Program Assessment Workshop is an 8-hour, interactive seminar for Alumni of the Growing a Healthy Church Strategy seminar and their key leaders. (We suggest that you attend with at least one other leader from your church or ministry.) The Program Assessment Workshop builds upon the Strategy seminar to facilitate your implementation of Christ's Great Commission strategy.
This Workshop guides your team through:
- Development of Christ's strategy and its practical implications for your ministry. We will highlight the most critical principles and priorities for a healthy ministry-providing a clear picture of a Great Commission church with a balance of ministry effectiveness: Winning the lost, Establishing Believers, Equipping Workers, Multiplying Leaders!
- Evaluation of your present ministry using a 4-Step Process to guide you in balancing your Great Commission priorities.
- Surviving and initiating change: 10 Principles plus 25 guidelines to assist you in initiating essential growth and change as a healthy church.
- Action Steps for creating an environment for establishing disciples.
- Implementation of your unique strategy for becoming a Healthy Church-with the help of a new 100 page manual filled with practical ideas and resources.
